Started in 1982 as a builder with building various apartments, Commercial Complex in Kolhapur & Belgaum District. In Kolhapur after completing various residential projects completed head office building work of Shahu Bank, Kolhapur. After the success in building industry, we entered in heavy construction industries, Completed the work of Industrial Building of Abhishek Cotspin Mills, which is a 100% Export Oriented Unit situated at Tamgaon near Kolhapur. Completed Dog Belling work of Kagal, Hatkangale 5 star MIDC with the Length of 31 kms. After this successful building project, we entered into the Irrigation Department under Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation’s Earthen Dams & Canals. The First work completed was Dudhaganga Left Bank Canal Km.No.15, which was completed within stipulated time with best quality, which in particularly termed as Model example of workmanship. Then we started the Construction of Earthwork & Structures of Khatav Canal Dist.-Satara, Which has Length of 25 Kms. Main works covered under this project was Excavation, Embankment, Concrete & Structures, immediately after that we Started with the “Strengthening the Canal in Km.No 1 to 5 of Dudhganga Right Bank Canal. The work is for Drilling & Grouting in the Canal to strengthen the existing canal.
After successful projects in Maharashtra, we focused on Karnataka State. And we can proudly state that we have executed a great number project which included Excavation, Pre Shearing, Drilling & Grouting of Main Plant Building of Kaiga Atomic Power Project, Unit 3 & 4 under Afcons Infrastructure Ltd., & Gammon India Ltd. (An ISO 9001 Company). This challenging work has been completed within a time bound schedule and to the satisfaction of Nuclear Power Corporation of India. Soft & hard Strata excavation is about 7,50,200 cum and 79,200 cum. Drilling & Grouting to the extent of 12,840 Rmt.
We also completed an approach road of 2 Kms. length directly under Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd., Kaiga. We performed an excellent work at Kaiga against all odds like Coastal Climate, Heavy Rainfall, Thick Forest & High Water Table area and NPCIL, Kaiga recognized our efforts and appreciated it. Then started Construction of M. I. Tank at Vagade which is a Minor Irrigation Scheme, Tal-Kankavali, Sindhudurg. The Main items of work were Excavation, Embankment, Masonry & Concrete.
We also finished Construction of Earthwork & C.D. Work in Km No.33 to 38 of Right Bank Canal of Shivna Takli Medium Project. The major Items included were Excavation, Embankment. The main portion of canal was covered by Open Turf Aqueduct of 235 Mtr. Long. This work was protected by
anti-natural calamities. The trial of work was taken on very next day by releasing water into the canal by Department.
We have now extended spheres of our interest beyond Dams, Canal, and Earthwork etc. and entered in Commercial Building works like Shri Chh. Shivaji Education Society’s Medical College Building at Mayani, a hospital & medical college in rural area of Satara District.Also executed work of Rajivji Co.Op. Spinning Mills Ltd, Dindnerli which included Construction of Jackwell, Internal Roads, Staff Quarters, Pipe Line & Main factory building with all specifications.
Currently, we are executing the Construction of Earthen Dam of Ambehol Medium Irrigation Project, Tal. – Ajara, Kolhapur. The capacity of Dam is 1.5 TMC. There is huge quantity of major items like Embankment (22 Lac Cum), Excavation (14 Lac Cum). The length of Tail Channel is 1100 Mtr. With 80 Mtr. Width & Avg. height is 11 Mtr. The work also included construction of ICPO (Irrigation cum power outlet).

Technical wing is headed by Mr. P. B. Jadhav, D.C.E., (Ex. MSE-I), a retired Deputy Engineer from Maharashtra State Irrigation Department. He has extensive & wide experience of all types of Civil construction projects. Under his careful guidance, company has set a new benchmark in technical work. He is supported by a very talented Project Engineer Mr. Ajit Patil (DCE). Mr. Ajit Patil is working with company for last 15 years. He is a Technically Sound, hard working and able to handle all types of projects. Further he is supported by a number of qualified Site Engineers and Technicians.
We have an adequate technical staff like Engineers, Designers and Planners along with modern equipments to improve the quality of work, which is a must in our journey from best to excellent.
This wing is a face of our company’s policy & quality.
Execution Wing
This is the backbone of our company. Execution wing is headed by Mr. Krishnat Pawar, a man on special mission. He has practical experience of 30 years in heavy construction projects. He is specialized in taking challenges of time duration to complete the work. He is the man who can deal with any kind of situation. He is supported by qualified & experienced Supervisors like Mr. Vijay Patil, Mr. Deepak Jagtap, Operators, Mechanicals, Drillers, Drivers & Helpers.
We have recruited a specialized staff in Supervisors, Operators to maintain tempo of work. We have provided best amenities to them for better work on site. We take all types of safety measures to safeguard the lives of our beloved ones.
We are known for excellence only with the efforts of our Execution Wing.
Adminstration Wing
Above two wings are well supported by The Administration Wing. This wing is headed by Mr. Sachin Patil (B.Com), well supported by Mr. Ganpat Mugade & Mr. Dhanaji Gudale. This wing handles Accounts & Tax Department, Purchase Department, HR Department of the company. This wing also looks after the backup for our Technical & Execution Wing. We have expert Accountants, Clerks specialized in their respective fields with well equipped office.
This wing s help us to implement planning system.
